The warranty covers repair or replacement through Company's Service Centers or Authorised Dealers within India. It excludes unauthorized adaptations, tampering, normal wear and tear in commercial use, accidental damage, and loss of data. Replacement parts may be equivalent or reconditioned; replaced parts will be retained by Saregama. The warranty is issued at Kolkata; Courts at Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction.
