Saregama India Ltd. is a flagship company of the Entertainment Sector of RPG Enterprises, a USD 3 bn group with interests in Retailing (Spencers), Electricity (CESC), Tyre, Rubber and Plantations (CEAT, Harrisons Malayalam Limited, Phillips Carbon Black), Transmission (KEC), and Technology (Zensar).

The Company's business is directed by an independent Board of Directors, and managed under the supervision of a Corporate Management Committee. The stock is listed on both the Bombay and National Stock Exchanges.

We are the first entertainment company in South Asia to be completely SAP enabled. Investment in SAP, powered by the Intellectual Property Management Module, is a move towards building capability for tomorrow and keeping our operations contemporary.
