Mr. R. P. Goenka is Chairman Emeritus of RPG Enterprises, one of India’s top industrial houses. Amongst the group’s core businesses are power transmission, tyres, retail, entertainment and information technology. A former Member of Rajya Sabha, Mr. Goenka is currently Chairman, Board of Governors, International Management Institute. He is also a Trustee of the Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund, Indira Gandhi Memorial Trust and Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. He is a former President of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Confederation of Asia Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry. He is also the immediate past Chairman, Board of Governors, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Mr. S. Goenka is Vice Chairman, RPG Enterprises. A former President of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Mr. Goenka is currently Chairman of the Energy Council of CII. He is also Chairman, Board of Governors, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Honorary Consul of Canada in Kolkata, a Member of India-China Eminent Persons’ Group, the Indo-French Forum and the National Integration Council.

Mr. D. Basu is non-executive Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of Securities Trading Corporation of India Ltd. and on the Boards of several other reputed companies. Mr. Basu was previously the Chairman of State Bank of India. He served concurrently on the Boards of a number of SBI subsidiaries including those engaged in investment banking and fund management. Between 1996 and 1999, Mr. Basu served as a member of the Disinvestment Commission set up to advise the Government of India on public sector disinvestments. During 1997 -1998, he was a member of the Narasimham Committee on Banking Sector Reforms.

Mr. H. Neotia, an eminent industrialist, is on the Board of Governors, Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and a Member of the National Council of CII. He is a Director of several reputed companies. He is also the Honorary Consul of Israel in Calcutta.

Mrs. S. Goenka is a connoisseur of Indian art, music and culture. She is associated with several social organizations including Ladies’ Study Group, Kolkata.

Mr. S. Banerjee has 34 years of experience in India and abroad in manufacturing, engineering, finance, marketing and general management functions. Mr. Banerjee, President and Chief Executive of RPG Power Group, and Member of the Management Board of RPG Enterprises. is Managing Director of CESC Ltd. and is on the Board of several other reputed companies.

Mr. P.K. Mohapatra is the President and Chief Executive, IT and Telecom Business and Member of the Management Board of RPG Enterprises. He oversees the management of all IT and Telecom companies in the RPG Group. Mr. Mohapatra has been the Deputy Chairman of CII, Southern Region. He is the past President of the Madras Management Association. Mr. Mohapatra holds the directorship of several renowned companies.

Mr S. Chattopadhyay is President and CEO (Entertainment Sector), RPG Enterprises, Management Board member and the Managing Director, Saregama India Ltd. He has over 26 years’ experience in Unilever, PepsiCo and ITC.

Mr. Chattopadhyay joined RPG Enterprises in November 2005. He is the Chairman of Indian Music Industries and a member of the Governing Council of the Audit Bureau of Circulations.
